JSP Academy was founded with one clear vision: to provide children with professional coaching that develops confidence, character and athletic ability in a positive learning environment.

Steve
Experience That Makes a Difference
With over 400 senior football appearances and experience competing at Step 4 of the English football pyramid, Steve brings first-hand knowledge of the standards, discipline and commitment required to succeed in competitive football. Alongside his playing experience, he is an Early Years specialist with over a decade of experience working with nurseries and delivering EYFS sports programmes. This unique combination allows him to create engaging, age-appropriate sessions that develop footballing ability, confidence, coordination and fundamental movement skills from an early age.
John
Developing Players Of All Ages
With over 13 years of coaching, leadership and programme management experience, John brings a wealth of knowledge across the football development pathway, from grassroots football through to semi-professional environments. Throughout his career, he has developed players of all ages and abilities, led and supported coaching teams, and designed long-term player development programmes. His experience allows him to create structured, progressive environments where players can build their technical ability, confidence and understanding of the game while enjoying their football and reaching their individual potential.
